Website and Customer Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 31, 2026
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These Website and Customer Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of stationmindset.com (the “Website”), your submission of support requests, service requests, and location referrals, and your purchases from vending machines, micro markets, and smart stores operated by Station Mindset LLC (“Station Mindset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms before using the Website or making a purchase. By using the Website, submitting a form, or completing a purchase after receiving notice of these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or complete the applicable transaction.
These Terms do not replace a signed vending-placement, micro-market, property-access, or other business service agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the matters it covers.
1. About Station Mindset
Station Mindset LLC is a Missouri limited liability company that provides vending-machine, micro-market, smart-store, and related services in the Greater St. Louis area.
2. Eligibility and Authority
The Website is intended for adults and business representatives. By submitting a service request, referral, or other business inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have a reasonable basis to submit it. If you act for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to communicate with us on its behalf, but submitting a form alone does not bind that business or organization to a service agreement.
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor’s use of the Website where applicable. Nothing in these Terms prohibits an otherwise lawful purchase by a minor from a generally accessible vending machine, micro market, or smart store.
3. Website Information
Website content describes our services in general terms and may change. Although we try to provide accurate and current information, the Website does not guarantee:
- placement, installation, or service at a proposed location;
- equipment or product availability;
- a particular service schedule, configuration, or response outcome;
- pricing at a specific machine or market;
- revenue sharing or other compensation; or
- uninterrupted or error-free Website operation.
Information displayed at a specific machine, micro market, or point of sale at the time of purchase controls over general Website content concerning available products and prices.
4. Service Requests and Location Referrals
Submitting a service request, location referral, product request, or other inquiry:
- gives Station Mindset permission to review and respond to the submission as described in our Privacy Policy;
- does not require Station Mindset to accept a location, install equipment, stock a requested product, or enter into an agreement;
- does not create an agency, partnership, employment, brokerage, or exclusive relationship; and
- does not authorize the person submitting the form to promise access, placement, or contract terms on behalf of a property owner or organization.
Potential locations may be evaluated based on traffic, on-site population, access, available space and power, security, route compatibility, equipment availability, expected demand, and other operational considerations. Service begins only after the necessary parties agree to separate written terms.
Our stated response times are service targets, not guarantees. Actual response or service time may be affected by access, parts, staffing, weather, holidays, safety conditions, technical outages, and the nature of the issue.
5. Product Availability, Pricing, and Transactions
Products, prices, promotions, and accepted payment methods may vary by location and may change without advance notice. A product shown online or requested through a form is not guaranteed to be stocked.
The price displayed by the machine, kiosk, or other point of sale when you confirm a purchase is the transaction price, subject to correction of an obvious system error and any rights provided by applicable law. Applicable taxes may be included in or added to the displayed price as shown at the point of sale.
Cashless transactions are processed by third-party payment providers, which may include Nayax and Micromart. Depending on the equipment and transaction type, the payment provider may place a temporary preauthorization hold for a stated amount before a vend or before unlocking a smart store. This is used to validate the payment method and reserve funds while the final purchase amount is not yet known. After the transaction is processed, the provider generally adjusts the transaction to the amount actually spent and releases the remaining authorized amount.
A preauthorization is not necessarily the final charge. The amount of the hold, the time needed to finalize the purchase, and the time needed for unused authorized funds to become available again may vary based on the machine configuration, payment provider, card network, financial institution, and account type. Station Mindset does not control a financial institution’s posting or release time. If the final posted charge is incorrect, you may submit a support request under Section 7.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Do not attempt to bypass payment, manipulate a transaction, or remove a product without completing the required payment.
6. Product Information, Allergens, and Quality Concerns
Products are manufactured, packaged, and labeled by third parties. Ingredient, allergen, nutrition, expiration, preparation, and use information printed on the product’s current packaging controls over general descriptions, photographs, or product requests on the Website or at a machine.
Before consuming or using a product, inspect its packaging and label. Do not consume or use a product if:
- you cannot confirm that it is appropriate for your allergies, dietary needs, or medical restrictions;
- the package is open, leaking, swollen, damaged, or missing required labeling;
- the product appears spoiled, contaminated, recalled, or past a marked expiration or use-by date; or
- its condition otherwise appears unsafe.
Products with different ingredients or allergens may be stored in or handled around the same machine or market. Station Mindset does not represent that a machine or market is allergen-free. Report a suspected quality or safety issue promptly and retain the product and packaging when it is safe to do so. For an urgent medical concern, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited, including responsibility arising from our own failure to exercise legally required care.
7. Refund and Vending-Issue Policy
If a machine or market charges you but does not dispense or release the selected product, dispenses the wrong product, charges an incorrect final amount, or provides a product that was already damaged, spoiled, or expired at the time of sale, report the issue within seven calendar days after the transaction.
Submit a report through the Website’s machine and payment support form or contact us using Section 18. Please provide, when available:
- your name and contact information;
- the location and machine ID;
- the transaction date and approximate time;
- the product or selection;
- the payment method category, such as cash, card, or mobile wallet;
- the amount lost or incorrectly charged;
- a description of what occurred; and
- a photograph or transaction record, if reasonably available.
Never send a full card number, PIN, bank-account number, password, or other payment credential.
We will review timely requests in good faith. When we can reasonably verify a covered loss, Station Mindset will provide a refund or comparable reimbursement up to the amount of the verified loss. We may ask for additional non-sensitive information reasonably needed to verify the transaction and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims. A lack of a paper receipt will not automatically disqualify a claim, but we must have enough information to reasonably identify or verify the transaction.
Approved refunds may be provided through the original payment channel or another reasonable method agreed upon with you. Bank, card-network, or payment-provider processing times are outside our control. The seven-day reporting period does not eliminate any nonwaivable right or remedy available under applicable law.
This refund policy does not cover dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste, a change of mind after receiving the product purchased, or loss occurring after the product was properly dispensed or released, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Safety Around Equipment
Vending machines and related equipment are heavy and may tip or fall if rocked, tilted, climbed on, pulled, or improperly moved. A falling machine can cause serious injury or death. Never attempt to dislodge a product by rocking, shaking, or tilting a machine. Contact Station Mindset for assistance or a refund instead.
Do not climb on, strike, force open, unplug, relocate, damage, or tamper with a machine, kiosk, market fixture, anti-tip device, electrical connection, lock, camera, sensor, network device, or payment system. Do not reach into a machine beyond the normal retrieval area. Do not cover, remove, or alter a machine ID, safety warning, support notice, or manufacturer label.
If you observe fire, smoke, sparking, exposed wiring, instability, broken glass, a refrigerant concern, or another immediate hazard, do not touch or move the equipment. Move away, notify on-site management, contact emergency services when appropriate, and then notify Station Mindset.
Report accidental damage or an unstable, shifted, or damaged machine promptly. To the extent permitted by law, a person who intentionally or negligently damages or tampers with Station Mindset equipment may be responsible for the reasonable direct costs caused by that conduct, including inspection, repair, replacement, cleanup, and loss of products. This provision does not make a customer responsible for ordinary wear, an equipment defect, unsafe installation, or damage caused by Station Mindset, a host location, or another person. It also does not limit any right or responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
9. Acceptable Website Use
You may not:
- interfere with the Website’s operation or security;
- introduce malware, automated abuse, excessive requests, or unauthorized code;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, records, or administrative areas without authorization;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or authority;
- submit knowingly false, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, or infringing content;
- use forms to send spam, solicitations, or unrelated promotions;
- upload content you do not have the right to provide; or
- submit another person’s private contact information without a reasonable basis to make the referral or introduction.
We may restrict access, reject a submission, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our equipment, our customers, or others.
10. User Submissions
You retain any ownership rights you have in photographs, messages, and other content you submit. You give Station Mindset a nonexclusive, limited permission to receive, copy, review, store, and use that content as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, investigate an issue, evaluate a location, provide service, protect against fraud or misuse, and meet legal obligations.
This permission does not allow Station Mindset to use your submission in advertising or public testimonials without separate permission.
11. Intellectual Property
Station Mindset’s name, branding, original Website text, graphics, photographs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Station Mindset and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make a reasonable copy of Website information for personal use or legitimate evaluation of our services. You may not reproduce, sell, falsely attribute, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit our protected materials without permission.
Third-party names, product images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship or endorsement beyond the relationship stated.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict concerning personal-information practices, the Privacy Policy controls.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website, machines, and markets may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, card networks, social-media platforms, mapping services, analytics providers, WordPress tools, and external websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or for an outage or decision solely within a third party’s control, but this does not excuse Station Mindset from responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.
14. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
The Website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, current, secure, or free of technical errors. This Website disclaimer does not disclaim any warranty or consumer right that applies to a product transaction and cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Station Mindset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages caused solely by use of or inability to use the Website, or by a third-party service outside our reasonable control.
For an ordinary vending or market transaction claim, any recovery from Station Mindset will not exceed the greater of the consumer’s proven direct damages or the amount otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct, or rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
16. Informal Resolution and Missouri Small Claims
Before filing a lawsuit, you and Station Mindset agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally. A person asserting a dispute should send a written description of the issue, relevant transaction or communication details, requested resolution, and contact information using Section 18 with the subject line Dispute Notice. Station Mindset may send a dispute notice using the contact information associated with the matter. The parties should allow 30 days after receipt to discuss a resolution, unless urgent relief is reasonably necessary or a legal filing deadline would expire.
If informal resolution does not succeed, either party may bring an eligible individual claim in a Missouri small-claims court with proper jurisdiction. If a claim is not eligible for small-claims court, it may be brought in another state or federal court with lawful subject-matter, personal, and territorial jurisdiction.
These Terms do not require arbitration, waive a right to bring an eligible claim in small-claims court, waive a right to a jury where that right applies, or prevent either party from seeking lawful emergency or injunctive relief. Nothing in these Terms changes any venue or procedural right that applicable consumer law does not permit the parties to change.
17. Governing Law and General Terms
Missouri law and applicable United States federal law govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory law applies.
If a court finds part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent or severed, and the remaining Terms will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms clearly presented for a particular interaction, are the entire agreement concerning the matters they cover.
We may update these Terms as our Website, services, or legal obligations change. The updated Terms will be posted at this location with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
