Vending Service FAQ
Straight answers before you request service.
What does vending service cost the host?
Station Mindset supplies, installs, stocks, and routinely services the equipment without a direct charge to the host. The host provides approved indoor space, compatible grounded power, service access, and a signed placement agreement.
What types of locations are a good fit?
Strong locations have consistent daily use, secure indoor space, suitable power and clearance, dependable service access, and a location contact. Every opportunity is reviewed individually.
Is there a minimum number of employees or residents?
There is no single public cutoff. Traffic, schedule, nearby options, route compatibility, space, and expected demand are considered together.
What does Station Mindset handle?
Station Mindset handles placement planning, equipment, installation, stocking, routine service, maintenance, and product feedback.
What does the host provide?
The host provides an approved indoor location, correctly rated grounded electrical access, reasonable service access, and compliance with the written placement agreement.
Can employees or residents request products?
Yes. Product requests are reviewed alongside sales, availability, equipment compatibility, and the needs of the full location.
How often are machines stocked?
Restocking is based on sales and monitored demand rather than a fixed public schedule.
What payment methods are accepted?
Depending on the installed equipment, available methods may include cash, coins, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless tap payments.
What if payment is accepted but no product dispenses?
Report the machine ID, location, approximate time, product, payment type, and amount through the support form. Do not send full card numbers, PINs, or banking credentials.
How quickly are machine issues handled?
Station Mindset targets acknowledgment within one business day and a non-emergency service visit within four business days when a visit is needed.
Is a contract required?
Yes. Station Mindset uses a written month-to-month placement agreement. Either party may end the arrangement with one month’s notice, subject to the signed agreement.
Does Station Mindset offer commissions?
Revenue sharing may be considered for locations with sufficient and consistent sales volume. Eligibility and terms are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
How long does installation take?
Timing depends on the location review, equipment availability, site readiness, and signed service terms. A form submission is not an installation timeline.
What areas do you serve?
Station Mindset serves St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and selected Greater St. Louis locations within approximately 65 miles of ZIP code 63108, subject to route compatibility.
What electrical service is required?
Electrical requirements are confirmed for the selected equipment. The host must provide properly grounded, correctly rated electrical service.
Does submitting a request guarantee a machine?
No. Placement depends on traffic, access, space, route compatibility, equipment availability, and expected demand.
