Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 30, 2026
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Station Mindset LLC (“Station Mindset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit stationmindset.com, submit a form, contact us, request or use our services, or make a purchase from a vending machine, micro market, or smart store we operate.
This Policy applies to Station Mindset’s website and services. It does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites, social-media platforms, payment processors, or other services that have their own privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, and telephone number.
- Business and location information, such as a business or organization name, street address, your relationship to a referred location, on-site population, service needs, and other information provided with a location referral or service request.
- Support and refund information, such as the machine or location involved, transaction date or time, amount charged or lost, payment type, product selected, a description of the issue, and other details needed to investigate and respond.
- Product requests and communications, including requested products, subjects, messages, questions, and any information you choose to include in a form, email, or telephone call.
Please do not submit full payment-card numbers, bank-account details, Social Security numbers, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive information through our website forms or ordinary email.
Information collected automatically through the website
When you visit our website, our hosting, security, analytics, and website-service providers may automatically collect information such as:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- browser, device, and operating-system information;
- pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, and approximate location derived from an IP address;
- dates, times, and duration of visits;
- cookie identifiers and analytics or advertising interaction data; and
- security, error, and diagnostic information.
Our website uses necessary cookies for security and basic operation. Optional analytics technologies are intended to remain disabled unless you accept analytics through our cookie-preference control. You may decline optional analytics and still use the website’s core features.
Vending-machine and micro-market transactions
Purchases are not completed through our website. Cashless purchases at our machines or micro markets are processed by third-party payment and technology providers, which may include Nayax and the technology provider for our micro markets or smart stores.
Those providers may collect and process payment-card or digital-wallet information, device or token identifiers, transaction details, and security information under their own terms and privacy policies. Station Mindset may receive transaction and operational records such as the machine or location, time, amount, payment method category, product, transaction status, inventory change, and a masked or tokenized transaction identifier. Station Mindset does not collect full payment-card numbers through its website and does not intend to store full payment-card numbers in its own systems.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- respond to questions, support requests, product requests, refund reports, and location referrals;
- evaluate proposed vending or micro-market locations and provide requested services;
- investigate transactions, issue or document refunds, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes;
- operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website, machines, and services;
- understand website traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising when optional analytics or advertising measurement has been accepted;
- maintain business, tax, accounting, and service records;
- enforce our agreements and protect our rights, property, customers, and the public; and
- comply with applicable laws and valid legal requests.
We do not use contact information submitted through our forms to send promotional emails or promotional text messages. We may contact you to respond to a request, handle a transaction or refund, provide service-related information, or continue a business conversation you initiated.
3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Measurement
We use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, security, preferences, and—if accepted—analytics or advertising measurement.
Our website may use:
- Google Analytics and Google advertising measurement tools to understand visits, interactions, and advertising performance;
- Site Kit by Google for WordPress to connect our website with configured Google services, such as Google Analytics, and display information from those services in our WordPress dashboard;
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 to identify spam, fraud, and automated abuse;
- Forminator to operate and process website forms; and
- Authenticated SMTP and related email-delivery services to deliver form notifications and service-related email.
These providers may process device, browser, IP-address, cookie, interaction, and diagnostic information. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy policies.
You can use the website’s Analytics preferences control to accept or decline optional analytics. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may affect certain website functions. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not standardized; where technically supported and legally required, we will honor applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals.
Station Mindset does not display third-party advertisements on its website. We may advertise Station Mindset through services such as Google Ads. We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly disclose personal information for third parties’ independent direct marketing. Optional analytics or advertising technology may involve disclosure of online identifiers and interaction data to providers that help us measure website or advertising performance, subject to your cookie choices and applicable law.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: to companies that provide website hosting, email delivery, forms, analytics, security, payment processing, telemetry, inventory management, technical support, and similar services on our behalf. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services or as otherwise disclosed to you.
- Payment and transaction providers: to investigate a transaction, process a cashless payment or refund, prevent fraud, or resolve a payment dispute.
- Business customers and locations: when reasonably necessary to evaluate a referral, arrange requested service, maintain a machine or market, or resolve an issue at a serviced location.
- Legal and safety purposes: when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, investigate fraud or security concerns, enforce an agreement, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Station Mindset or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
- With your direction or consent: for another purpose disclosed to you when you provide the information.
5. Social Media and External Links
Our website may link to our pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or other external services. Following a link or interacting with those services may allow the platform to collect information under its own privacy policy. A link to a social-media page does not give Station Mindset access to your social-media account credentials or private account content.
If we later add a social-media login, embedded social-media feature, or other integration that collects additional information, we will update this Policy and provide any additional notice or choices required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to requests, maintaining service and transaction records, documenting refunds, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and contractual obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it is held. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. No website, email system, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when deciding what information to send electronically.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may ask us to:
- confirm whether we maintain personal information about you;
- provide access to or a copy of information you submitted;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete information, subject to legal and legitimate business-retention exceptions; or
- explain or object to certain uses or disclosures of your information.
To make a request—including a request to delete data associated with a website form or a Meta/Facebook interaction—contact us using Section 12 with the subject line Privacy Request. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. To protect you and others, we may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may also change your optional analytics choice at any time using the Analytics preferences control on our website.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us using Section 12 so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
10. Visitors Outside the United States
Station Mindset is based in Missouri, United States. If you access the website from another country, information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where applicable law grants you additional rights, you may contact us using the process in Section 8.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated Policy at this location and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
