These terms govern use of the Station Mindset LLC website. They are website terms only and do not replace a signed vending placement or service agreement.

Informational content

Website content describes current services in general terms. Information may change, and no page guarantees equipment availability, placement, installation timing, product availability, response outcome, revenue sharing, or a particular service configuration.

Service requests

Submitting a request does not create a contract or guarantee placement. Opportunities are evaluated based on location traffic, access, available space, route compatibility, equipment availability, expected demand, and other practical factors. Service begins only under separately agreed written terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse forms, interfere with the site, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or submit sensitive payment credentials. Only share another person’s contact information when you have a reasonable basis to make the introduction.

Intellectual property

Station Mindset branding, original website copy, and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vendor names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a product or provider does not imply endorsement beyond the factual relationship described.

External services

The website may depend on WordPress, Forminator, hosting, maps, analytics, email, payment-platform references, or other third-party services. Station Mindset is not responsible for third-party sites, terms, outages, or content.

Availability and liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Station Mindset is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.

Missouri law

These website terms are governed by applicable Missouri and United States law, without changing any mandatory rights that apply to a visitor.
